Carbon conductive materials, e.g. carbon nanotubes, carbon blacks, are required to be very high purity, more than 99.9%, for Lithium-ion battery application.
To achieve such high purity, our purification furnace with chlorine gas is the most efficient way to remove metalic impurities generated through its production process. Especially our purification furnace works well to remove iron contamination.
Our purification furnace can utilize chlorine gas to purify carbon conductive materials and can create very high purity materials which fulfill strict requirements in the lithium-ion battery industry. Chlorine gas purification can achieve higher carbon purity than high temperature treatment.  

Ultra High Temperature Continuous Furnace

Ultra High Temperature Continuous Furnace
Capable of stable, continuous operation in ultra high temperature up to 2800oC. 
Our Ultra High Temperature Continuous Furnace can be used for cabonization, graphitization and purification of carbon materials.
This high temperature technology is applicable for other applications, such as graphite heat spreader, SiC heating element sintering as well. For graphite heat spreader, we can offer roll to roll system including unwinder and rewinder. For SiC heating elements (rod or tube shaped products), we propose tube shaped body furnace. Furnace shapes and product feeding method can be modified to your needs. 

Roller Hearth Kiln (RHK)

Roller Hearth Kiln
Global standard kiln for R&D and mass production for lithium-ion battery cathode and anode materials. Also, used for activated carbon thermal treatment, sintering for advanced ceramics, e.g. alumina, zirconia and others. All powder contact face are ceramic materials. No metal contamination occurs in our roller hearth kiln. Maximum temperature is 1,600oC.   
We can offer fully automated sagger handling system as well including material feeder to the sagger, fired material discharging unit, sagger cleaning system, etc. Saggers are also available. Our saggers have been developed for battery material firing. 

Carbon Rotary Kiln / Ceramic Rotary Kiln

Carbon / Ceramic Rotary Kiln
Rotary kiln is one of the most efficient powder firing system. However, rotary tube is made of steel, hence rotary kiln typically cannot be used for materials which do not allow metal contamination. Our rotary kiln can be a perfect solution to these materials. Our rotary kiln has carbon tube or ceramic tube, which is scalable from R&D size to production scale. Carbon rotary kiln and ceramic rotary kiln do not generate metel contamination. Our rotary kilns have a lot of experiences for the lithium ion battery materials which strictly require zero metal contamination. Ceramic/carbon tube is accomodated in an outside metal tube. This double layered tube structure enables you to use knocking device to calcine adhesive materials.

Mico Mist Spray Dryer

Spray Dryer
Capable of creating single digit micron dried powder from slurry or solution in single step. You do not need a milling process with our spray dryer and you can maintain spherical powder shape. Maximum inlet temperature is 600oC . If your material is heat sensitive, our spray dryer can dry up your material in lower temperature compared to other spray drying technologies. Because our 4-fluid spraying nozzle technology can generate single digit micron droplet, which is easier to be dried. Our Micro Mist Spray Dryer is sclable technology from R&D to mass production.
